If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may feel free to return the product under the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
An order placed on our website can be cancelled within 24hrs of placing the order, and a full refund will be issued. If a cancellation request is raised after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse the shipping charge which is normally included in the MRP of the product will be deducted from the order value.
Products Eligible for Return
- If the product you have received does not match the product ordered. (If the oil ordered is different from the oil received or the diffuser jar design doesn’t match.)
- If the product is damaged in transit.
Return Procedure
To raise a return request please send a mail to organicseon@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your product.
You will be asked to mail us a picture of the product which will clearly state the reason of return (if received in damaged condition or manufacturing defect or wrong product sent).
After receiving the return request, we will get back to you if the request has been approved based on the photograph sent. Our reverse delivery partner will be instructed to pick up the product which might take up to five working days.
Once the product is received back to our warehouse it will be inspected to determine whether it has matched the return criteria. Refund will be initiated thereafter.
Please Remember
Products returned will be accepted only if it done in the original packaging, along with any tags or barcodes or any complimentary gifts.
Product should be unused and unburnt.
No claim will be accepted on used products or products damaged due to mishandling.
Each return request is handled on a case-by-case basis and refund is issued only after going through a strict quality check.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be issued minus the reverse pickup charges. Customers can also self-ship the item and receive a full refund on the product price.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days of raising the request.
All refunds will either be credited to the original mode of payment or issued as a store credit.
