What are essential oils?
Essential oils are derived from the leaves, flowers, roots, barks, and peels of fruits of some plants and are distilled into oil using various methods like steam distillation, cold press, resin tapping, etc. These highly volatile concentrated hydrophobic liquids are called essential oils as they contain the essence of the plant’s fragrance.
When do our essential oils expire?
All our essential oils have an expiry date two years from the date manufactured. You can safely use the oil up to three years provided it is kept in the original bottle with the cap tightly sealed and stored in a dark place.
Are essential oils and fragrance oils the same?
No, they are not the same. Essential oils are naturally obtained plant products with some therapeutic properties whereas fragrance oils are synthetic oils used by many perfume brands.
Where from our essential oils are sourced?
All our essential oils are sourced from our own cultivating farms or from other authentic manufacturers partners.
Will essential oil stain clothes?
No, essential oils will not stain clothes under normal circumstances.
How pure or genuine are our oils?
We source are essential oils keeping in mind the quality of the oil. we strive to provide 100% pure and genuine products only.
Are Eon’s aromatic candles safe to use?
Consumers can be confident that our candles are hand made with utmost care and using the best of ingredients to provide an absolute safe experience. Scented or unscented our candles will burn cleanly and safely. You are advised to follow the burning instructions carefully.
Does scented candles trigger allergies?
Although millions of people regularly use scented candles and there have not been any negative effects, it is always possible that a particular fragrance might trigger a negative reaction in a very small percentage of sensitive individuals. Individuals with known sensitivities to specific fragrances may want to avoid candles of those particular scents. In addition, we advise to burn all our candles in a well-ventilated area.
What sort of chemical reaction occurs when a candle burns?
When you light a candle, the heat of the flame melts the wax near the wick. This melted or liquid wax is then drawn up into the wick by capillary action. The flame’s heat vaporizes the liquid wax to produce water vapor and carbon dioxide which is same as what humans produce during exhalation.
What is the burning time for Eon’s candles?
Our burning hours vary from product to product and is clearly mentioned along with the product details. We advise to put off the candle with at least ½ inch of wax remaining or the flame comes too close to the candle holder or container.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Once you have successfully paid for your order the confirmation status will automatically show in your “My Account” section.
